The Register reports of two Ferrari Engineers stealing “engineering documents, test data and other undisclosed documents,” using it to then help Toyota to build better sports cars.

Sometimes paranoia can help in this regard.

The EPA launched a web application Window To My Environment (WME) that allows you to map “superfund sites, drinking water, toxic and air releases, hazardous waste, and water discharge permits.” It’s quite a nifty application that allows ordinary citizens to gain more transparent access to information about local conditions. The site has a FAQ that’s quite useful.
